Then to walk through the store and shop I could do it but then would be down for several days with excruciating back pain. Instacart has been a lifesaver for me! I love the fact that I can use it for any store that I shop that. Downloading the app I get two weeks free with no service fee. The first gal that delivered to me was the one that told me that they had an annual fee. I was unaware of that so I started looking into it.

We currently have two different work models going on which are not available to all and so some people are working by the hour and some by the job. The shoppers that are working by the hour obviously are getting heavier workloads therefore more pay, whatever is left over from these shifts goes into on demand mode and is cycled through shoppers until somebody takes the order.
Also could be an issue of low supply and high demand. I love ordering from my phone. The cost of delivery and tip is worth me not having to leave house and put miles on my vehicle or deal with aggravation of crowded stores.
