Before update: Click on Download folder. See contents. After update: search internet to find out what happened to download folder. Find File Manager, click on internal storage, click on downloads, spend hours in the afternoon wondering who is the retard that thought this was okay and an improvement. What is wrong with you guys? Who in their right mind would think this is a better system?
So I went back to the store and they had Windows 10 Pro download links so I just uploaded it, thinking it would solve the issue and that's when I noticed that ALL of my old download files were gone. Files going back to And I also tried to find the windows. File History is turned off and when I try to change the drive for downloads, I get the msg: no usable drives found. And to make matters worse, the website where I purchased this product is now suspended so I'm thinking it's a scam but that still doesn't solve my problem with the missing files.

When I try to choose another drive, I get an error msg that the drive can't be added.
